About us

Payt has quickly become one of the market leaders in accounts receivables management software and is still growing fast. Our ambition and drive is enormous; 25,000 customers by the year 2030 spread across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK and Ireland. With a team of 32 employees, aged 21-55, we work passionately on this every day. We are currently connecting around 80 new customers per month in 47 different industries such as automotive, education and healthcare.

Our mission is to ensure our customers get their invoices paid faster and easier. Efficient and effective accounts receivable management is very important, but often takes a lot of time. Moreover, nothing is more annoying than a customer who does not pay an invoice. Payt makes accounts receivable management easy and clear for our customers and their debtors. Payt is a SAAS platform used daily by more than 11,000 users in organisations ranging from large international multinationals to small businesses. No invoice volume is too high for Payt's software.

About the role

Payt has a dominant market leading position in the Benelux and a starting base of happy customers in Germany. So, it is the right time to put more focus on the international expansion of Payt. This means building a team that works closely with the Dutch HQ to increase sales substantially in Germany. You will work directly with board members and other team members to realize these goals. 

Tasks & Responsibilities

● Sell Payt subscriptions;

● Answer customer questions about our software; 

● Help hire German colleagues;

● Help close partnerships in the German market;

● Follow up on prospects and leads; 

● Provide customer and sales feedback to our product development team.

About you

● Native German speaker;

● Fluent in English (speech and writing);

● Strong communication skills;

● Proactive, self starting type of person;

● Result/target driven personality;

● Tech-savvy;

● Structured way of working, but can also be pragmatic;

● A good communicator and team player;

● Available for a minimum of 32 hours a week.

What we offer

We provide a good compensation package consisting of:

● A monthly salary (between €3,700 - €5,500 on full-time basis, depending on your experience); 

● Healthy lunch at the office in Groningen;

● 27.5 holidays (on full-time basis).
